Until recently we had a committed ladies team who competed in the Cornwall Ladies League.
At the end of last season (23/24) the ladies team decided to call it a day, which was a sad day for Bude Football Club.
However we have a good youth set up at the club, with a number of girls teams developing.
This season we will have an Under 18s side The Bude Town Swifts taking part in the Cornwall Under 18s league.
Hopefully with perhaps the return of some of our former players. we can re-establish a new ladies side within the next few seasons.
IThe Swifts are taking part in a four team League, the East Division, alongside Bodmin, Charlestown and Wadebridge, with all games taking place at Callington Community Sports Centre on Sunday mornings. We will be following their progress with interest.
